Initially created under the code name IMKO-4. An analogue of IBM PC/XT with 16 bit architecture. It was launched in production just one year after the release of IBM PC/XT.

• ✔ Memory (RAM): 256KB, 512KB (with the possibility to extend it to 640KB).
• ✔ Memory (ROM): 64KB.
• ✔ Disk drives: 1 or 2 5.25" floppy disk drives (either full or half height), hard drive 5, 10 or 20MB.
• ✔ Operating system: SPS-DOS 3.3.
• ✔ Screen resolution: Text mode -80x24 or 40x24. Graphics modes (CGA) - 320x200 or 640x200. All modes support a maximum of 16 colours.
• ✔ Variations: Pravetz 16A, Pravetz 16M (for home use), Pravetz 16N (for professional use). Identified as number ES-1037S by the unified classification system. The different variations had minor differences, such as the professional system had 1 hard drive and 2 floppy disk drives, while the home system had either one or two floppy disk drives.
• ✔ Notes: The first Pravetz model with a 16 bith architecture. In its early stages of production it was only used as a professional system, due to its high price, faster speed as well as the ability to plug a 8087 co-processor. The project was lead by eng. Marangozov.
